Our team helps to make home life easier and more comfortable. We assist with daily living needs such as feeding, bathing, dressing, toileting assistance, grooming, oral hygiene, and incontinence care.
Companionship and Social Outings
We provide friendly companionship and social support to help clients stay engaged, connected and active. This may include conversation, shared activities, outings to restaurants, accompaniment to hair or nail appointments, community outings, recreational outings, personal appointments and other social outings.
End of life / Comfort Care Support
We provide compassionate non- medical support for clients and families during end-of-life care. Our services allow families to focus on spending meaningful time together during a deeply personal time. We can also work alongside the hospice provider chosen by the client or family to help support comfort and continuity.
Medication Reminders
We provide gentle reminders to help clients take their medications on time, offering peace of mind for families and consistency for loved ones.
Decluttering Help
We help create a cleaner, more organized home environment by assisting with light decluttering and organization
Meal Preparation
We prepare tasty, balanced meals and snacks, tailored to your loved one’s preferences and dietary routines and instructions to make daily living easier and more enjoyable.
Light Housekeeping
We assist with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, dishes and tidying.
Transportation, Errand and Shopping Assistance
We provide safe, reliable transportation to medical appointments, shopping assistance and more.
Family Support
We provide household help, support and companionship for families adjusting to new routines such as being pregnant or welcoming a new baby.
Respite Support
We also provide long or short-term relief for primary caregivers by stepping in when they need a break whether for a minimum of five hours, several days or several months.
Recovery Support
We offer assistance at home after hospital stays, surgery or illness helping clients feel safer, more comfortable at home.
Mobility Support
We provide hand on support with safe movement in the home including walking assistance, transfers, repositioning and help with moving between beds, chairs and bathrooms. We may use equipment such as gait belts, walkers, wheelchairs and hoyer lifts to help promote safety, comfort and confidence.
